You can update your city and email address directly from Account Settings after logging in. Your registered name, date of birth and mobile number require support intervention to change — these are identity-linked fields. To change them, email support@sixgame.click with a scan or photo of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport). Changes are usually processed within one business day.

Two-factor authentication can be enabled from Account Settings → Security after logging in. Once active, every login will require both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. 2FA takes about 60 seconds to set up and substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account and PKR balance. We strongly recommend enabling it for all sixgame accounts.

Log in to your sixgame account and go to the Deposit section of your wallet dashboard.
