Each person may register only one account on sixgame. This restriction applies regardless of whether the accounts are held under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address or the same household. If sixgame identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds — may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sixgame account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sixgame is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to protect their account credentials.
Sixgame may request identity verification documents at any point in your membership — particularly before processing larger withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name) may also be requested. Accounts that cannot be verified will have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Sixgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (interbank fund transfer) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Sixgame will not accept deposits from third-party accounts — whether from a family member, friend or business. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to protect members and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits are generally confirmed within 30 to 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Standard account withdrawals are processed within two hours. VIP members receive faster processing as described in the VIP Club section and on the VIP Club page. Sixgame does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and transactions on sixgame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Sixgame does not apply any currency conversion. There is no foreign exchange exposure for Pakistani members.
Sixgame reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal if it suspects the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or if the member's account is under investigation. Important: Sixgame does not accept deposits from wallets or cards not registered in the member's own name. Attempting to deposit from a third-party account will result in the funds being returned and may trigger a review of your account.
Bets placed on sixgame are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of every bet — the selection, the odds, the stake and the market type — before confirming. Sixgame cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed and accepted by the system unless it falls within the void bet conditions described below.
Sixgame reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed by the system. Live odds during in-play betting may change rapidly and are subject to latency. Sixgame is not responsible for losses arising from odds movements between submission and confirmation.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the qualifying period; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; a technical error results in an obviously incorrect price being offered; or the bet is identified as part of fraudulent or collusive activity. Void bets are refunded at the original stake value.
PSL and international cricket markets on sixgame follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being reduced in overs, markets that have been partially completed will be settled on the result at the time of abandonment where a result is declared under the DLS method. Markets where no result is possible due to a match being abandoned without a result will be voided. Sixgame's trading team may suspend PSL markets at any time during live play.
Sixgame applies maximum stake and payout limits per market, per event and per member tier. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. Members who consistently approach maximum limits are advised to contact their account manager (Gold VIP and above) or customer support to discuss their requirements.
All casino games offered on sixgame — including slots, table games and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested. These systems ensure that every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or sixgame. Sixgame does not alter game outcomes in response to individual session results.
Live dealer games including Teen Patti are conducted in real time by trained dealers. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical cards, dice or wheels as appropriate. Sixgame is not responsible for technical interruptions to live game streams caused by the member's internet connection. If a session is disconnected mid-hand, the outcome will be determined according to the game rules and settled accordingly.

Each promotional offer is available once per member unless specifically stated otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus-derived funds being voided.
Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, this means the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be staked a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Not all sixgame promotions carry wagering requirements — the VIP cashback bonus, for example, is credited as real PKR with no wagering conditions. Sixgame reserves the right to withhold, void or recover any bonus or winnings if it determines that a member has attempted to abuse the promotions system. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets that technically fulfil wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, or coordinating with other members to exploit offer terms. The determination of bonus abuse is at sixgame's sole discretion.
Sixgame reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect members who have already legitimately claimed and are actively using the promotion, unless the modification is required for legal compliance reasons.
The sixgame VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite — based on accumulated loyalty points earned from real-money betting activity. Points are permanent and do not expire. Tier upgrades happen automatically when cumulative point thresholds are reached. VIP cashback is credited to a member's main balance as real PKR with no wagering requirement attached, unless otherwise stated in a specific VIP promotion. The sixgame Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn a PKR bonus for each new member who registers and makes a qualifying first deposit using their unique referral link. Referral bonuses will not be paid if sixgame determines that the referred account is a duplicate of an existing account, that the referred person and the referring member are the same individual, or that the referral was made through deceptive means. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sixgame and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure and possible forfeiture of account balances:
Warning: Suspected money laundering activity on sixgame will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable law. This obligation exists regardless of account status or member tier.
Sixgame reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other members. In cases of investigation, account access and withdrawal functionality may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing.
You may close your sixgame account at any time by contacting support@sixgame.click. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
If your account is closed — whether by you or by sixgame — any bets that are still open at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules. Winnings from bets placed before closure will be paid to your registered payment method minus any applicable deductions for Terms breaches.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixgame's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.
Sixgame is not liable for: losses arising from a member's betting decisions; interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside sixgame's reasonable control (including internet outages, payment processor downtime or force majeure events); losses arising from a member's failure to protect their account credentials; or any indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
This limitation of liability does not apply to cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud by sixgame.
Sixgame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sixgame will notify active members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using sixgame and contact support@sixgame.click to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance before the new terms take effect.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and sixgame, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with sixgame's customer support team. The majority of issues — whether related to payments, bet settlements or account status — can be resolved quickly through this channel.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, sixgame will provide a formal dispute resolution process within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint at support@sixgame.click.
